Such a great experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere welcomed easy conversation for guests with the ideal volume level of music. The service was impeccable and one of the owners/managers ensured perfect service for all guests. We felt very well taken care of and had so much fun. The food was also delicious! My significant other ordered the escargots which were seasoned very well. I ordered the French onion soup which was absolutely fantastic! Definitely rich in flavour and a bigger portion than expected. For our mains we got Rigatoni in tomato sauce and the braised duck truffle risotto. Both were delicious, but the risotto was better, with the perfectly cooked duck that melted in our mouths. For dessert we got a complimentary chocolate cake with fresh berries for my birthday. The cake was perfectly fluffy and light, and the berries around were so fresh. Overall, an amazing experience. We will definitely be returning. Thank you!!

I tried their Escargot, French Onion Soup and Steak Tartar. Everything was on point. The French Onion Soup wasn’t too heavy, which was great. The Escargot were delicious, including the side of amazing bread that came with the dish. Finally, the Steak Tartar meat was high quality and was quite spicy which made it feel less heavy. Sazerac was very nice as well. Very good service and chill atmosphere.

Exceptional food, service, and atmosphere. We went for our wedding anniversary and splurged and will definitely go back. The daily ceviche was incredible and a really decent portion. Our mains were a good size too. We finished with the grand marnier souffle and decaf espresso. We sat on the deck on a rainy day and the staff were super attentive, making sure we were warm enough, adjusting the heaters, checking in. It was lovely sitting outside under the awning while it rained and sipping espresso!

We came here on the weekend for brunch, and since we arrived super early, we happened to be their first guests. The ingredients were fresh, the meals were well-cooked and well-seasoned, and the overall vibe was elegant—perfect for capturing beautiful photos. We definitely enjoyed this meal! My favorite was the pasta—it truly surprised me! I had never tried pasta this thin and soft before, and it was a delightful experience.

What a great place! We came to celebrate my fiancees birthday and it was a top notch experience from the start. Excellent service! Food was amazing! We got a Caesar salad (loved the large slices of Parmesan and the whole anchovies), steak tartare (slightly spicy and elevated, with very well seasoned croutons), and the blue cheese filet which came with one of the best fries we’ve ever tried (fried in beef tallow)! Simply lovely! Thank you for the great experience and see you again very soon!

Absolutely blown away by this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was stunning—elegant, warm, and perfect for a romantic date night. The food was absolutely amazing—every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully plated. The drinks were just as impressive—delicious, creative, and presented with such style. What truly elevated the experience was the impeccable service—five stars without a doubt! Attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely cared for. Overall, this was an unforgettable evening. My birthday dinner experience here was spectacular. I didn’t know I liked bleu cheese on my medium-rare steak until L’avenue cooked it for me so perfectly. The scalloped potatoes were delicious, and my boyfriend loved the lobster tails. Very chic ambiance with tasteful art on the walls. The service is out of this world, so I would definitely go again if I ever found myself in the great white north.

We had a fantastic birthday celebration at this restaurant. My one regret is that we did not dine outside. One person in our party had recently been stung by a wasp so we decided to dine indoors. It is cute and quaint, but it was a bit noisy. We did enjoy a lovely seat by the window. Our waiter was friendly and very helpful in suggesting some dishes. The portions were generous and very tasty.
